Our estimate-request forms use FormSubmit to send the details you submit to our business email. Submitted details may include contact information, property address, project details, and optional project photos. FormSubmit processes the submission as a separate service. Review FormSubmit’s privacy information. Please do not include payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information in an estimate request.

Financing and External Websites

Our financing button opens Hearth’s website. Information you enter on that website is submitted to Hearth or its lending partners under their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices before providing financial information. Links to review platforms and other external websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Technical Information and Cookies

Our website hosting and the third-party services you use may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, request time, and security or diagnostic logs. Google Analytics, FormSubmit, and linked external services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. When this website is live on roofmastersandexteriors.com, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, phone-button clicks, and confirmed text estimate requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about visitors. Our manual event payloads omit names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, and URL query strings. A phone-button click does not confirm that a call was answered.

Estimate emails may include the page where the request started, the referring website, and campaign labels supplied in the page link. The private website preview does not load our Google Analytics tag. Review the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s practices.

Automated Project Guide

Our guided chat uses preset answers, topic buttons, and local matching of typed questions. It is not a live conversation with our team. Topic selections and typed questions are used within the open page; typed questions are not sent to a remote AI service, and we do not store a chat transcript. If you submit the estimate form in the guide, the details you submit are delivered through FormSubmit in the same way as our other estimate requests.
