Can I give 10 stars instead of 5? Hurricane Helene winds blew the siding off of our house within 12 hours of move in. Ugh. Shane to the rescue! He's been so patient with us while we try to navigate insurance and has been so helpful in getting them ev... erything they need paperwork-wise. Shane personally came out to check on things in between the quote and siding fix and has just been the most genuine person to work with. Our house has come with LOTS of issues, and he has been the one contractor who has actually been helpful and stress free. Thank you all so much for the help. We really appreciated working with Shane and his team. From the start we had great communication from Shane and he was very prompt/quick - able to come look at our house to give us a quote soon after I called and get us on the schedule ASAP since we ... had a more urgent need and would be traveling. I appreciated his explanations for what he planned/recommended to do and felt very respected throughout the process. His flexibility and adaptability was also extremely helpful as the scale of our project grew once we got into it and he offered us multiple options for how we could proceed within our budget and timeframe to resolve the larger surprise issue (more water damage than expected) we found as the team dug more into it.
